Uplift & Shine Boutique offers a variety of shipping options!  In stock items will  be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement.  Pre-Order items will typically arrive within 1-3 weeks.  Note that with the increased tariffs, typical shipping times could vary.  Store credit and refunds will not be permitted due to estimated shipping times. 

Shipping Prices: Shipping costs are determined by factors like weight, dimensions, distance, and delivery speed.  UPLS Boutique strives to keep shipping costs fair and offer the following options: 

*Flat Rate Option:  $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping - Up to 6x10 Bubble Mailer

*Larger Packages:  Will be charged by size/weight calculated at the time of order.

Local Delivery:  Time is money, but you only pay $5.95 Flat Rate Delivery. 10 miles Maximum and Must be Pre-arranged with UPLS Boutique

Can I receive my tracking information?  You certainly can!  UPLS Boutique will provide the tracking link once your order is shipped! 

Fulfillment Centers:  When you place an order with UPLS Boutique, in order to keep prices reasonable and to streamline the ordering process, we will not have 100% of the inventory on hand.  Instead, we will utilize Suppliers that offer direct shipping for some of the items, this means that you get your order faster!  UPLS Boutique is still responsible for the order and will ensure that the order is fulfilled! 

What if my order does not arrive: While UPLS Boutique has never had an instance such as this,  we do realize that things happen and will review the tracking information.  If it is confirmed that your order did not arrive, UPLS Boutique will offer a full store credit. 

*Keep in mind that shipping times may vary.  If the original order arrives after UPLS Boutique offers a store credit, please notify UPLS Boutique to make arrangements for a return shipment of the original order in lieu of the store credit.

As all items shipped by UPLS Boutique are carefully inspected, please notify me within 1 day of receiving any damaged items.  UPLS Boutique is not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping.  Refunds will not be provided but instead a store credit will be provided at the discretion of UPLS Boutique.   

To receive credit for damaged items, please provide a picture of the damaged inventory and return it to UPLS Boutique within 5 business days.  Credit will not be provided until all damaged items are returned to UPLS Boutique.   Size exchanges shall be for the same item.  The original item(s) must be returned to UPLS Boutique within 5 business days and must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
