In-stock items ship within 24–48 hours of order placement. Pre-order items typically arrive within 1–3 weeks. All shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, tariffs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or store credit.

Most standard shipping costs are built into our pricing. We offer $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping (up to one 6x10 bubble mailer).

Local delivery is available for $5.95 flat rate within a 10-mile radius and must be pre-arranged prior to checkout.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring tracking updates. Uplift & Shine Boutique™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.

If tracking confirms a package is lost in transit, a store credit may be issued at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date. If a store credit is issued and the original package is later delivered, customers agree to arrange return shipment.
