Note that with the increased tariffs, typical shipping times could vary. Store credit and refunds will not be permitted due to estimated shipping times.
Shipping Prices: Shipping costs are determined by factors like weight, dimensions, distance, and delivery speed. UPLS Boutique strives to keep shipping costs fair and offer the following options:
Flat Rate Option: $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping - Up to 6x10 Bubble Mailer.
Larger Packages: Will be charged by size/weight calculated at the time of order.
Local Delivery: Time is money, but you only pay $5.95 Flat Rate Delivery. 10 miles Maximum. Must be Pre-Arranged.
Can I receive my tracking information? You certainly can! UPLS Boutique will provide the tracking link once your order is shipped!
Fulfillment Centers: When you place an order with UPLS Boutique, in order to keep prices reasonable and to streamline the ordering process, we will not have 100% of the inventory on hand. Instead, we will utilize Suppliers that offer direct shipping for some of the items, this means that you get your order faster! UPLS Boutique is still responsible for the order and will ensure that the order is fulfilled!
What if my order does not arrive: While UPLS Boutique has never had an instance such as this, we do realize that things happen and will review the tracking information. If it is confirmed that your order did not arrive, UPLS Boutique will offer a full store credit.
